Its only on the right rear and did not do this with the original brakes. Only started after restoring the car. I hate repro parts. Webb8 juni 2024 · Hello on my 2013 ktm 300xc the brakes are sticking. When I say this, after 5-10 minutes of riding, the brakes will gradually run tighter and tighter until I suppose lock up! They were fine before I replaced the fluid, adjusted the pedal, and put in new pads. It gets annoying bleeding them back and forth, it is the only way to reset them. No indication on the outside of the brakes. Oil causing the brakes to be more grabby was an interesting idea, but it’s true. Webb8 juni 2013 · Actually, if there is fluid contamination or gear oil contamination, that side will usually not lock up. It sounds like an adjustment/self adjuster problem to me, solve that so the shoes adjust equally and you'll most likely fix the problem.
