WebJan 26, 2004 · Numpad problem in NetHack! I'm having problems getting the controls to work in Nethack. When I try to move around with the Number Pad, it just says 'Count' then the numbers I press. If I put Numlock off, the keys seem to correspond to different letters on the keyboard.. But home, pgup, end and pgdn seem to correspond to ~.
