I have tried changing settings on both Microsoft Edge and Chrome and still have the same problem. WebUse the old Internet Explorer browser. Plugins work on that browser only. Click the search box on bottom left, type "int" and you'll see Internet Explorer in search results. You can pin it to keep it accessible.
