I found a Hack where you replace the water heater drain plug with a 1/2" male nylon adapter, add a supply line and a valve at the end. It says not to use brass as the male adapter. I believe that a brass plug is also available for it but it shouldn't be used. Suburban uses a steel tank that is glass lined but needs a sacrificial anode to prevent tank corrosion.
