WebGreyhound is completely useless do not book with this company!! I booked a return trip from Montreal to New York which saw both of my buses severely delayed by 3 hours. After filing a refund request form Greyhound responded by telling me I would only receive an 18 dollar voucher after paying 169 dollars overall and experiencing 2 severe delays.
