WebRESULTS MONITORING FRAMEWORK • At IOM, the main tool for monitoring is the ‘Results Monitoring Framework (RMF)’. The RMF is the basis for monitoring progress towards achieving the intervention’s intended results. It should always reflect the most recent agreed-upon version of the Results Matrix, and should be reviewed regularly.
