WebSO what it did on me , the 1920x1080p 120Hz is the max that my R9 HDMI port can handle.If you have 3090 and you cant reach 165 something is up with your settings. I tried on an NVIDIA 1060 and on a Radeon 580x which their HDMI supports the resolution i have and both of them reached 165Hz. Check your settings bro.
