Webif the weapon has any form of effect, like bleed or frost, then it cant be infused. If a weapon has inherit bleed you can still put a weapon buff on it. Frost is typically related to magic so if a weapon has frost it has magic dmg and can't be buffed because of that. In DS2 certain weapons mainly some boss weapons if i remember correctly could ...
