Yes was fierce tired on tamoxifen,all I wanted to do by 2/3 in afternoon was sleep sleep and then sleep some more.other effects were not too bad although did end up on antidepressants for while. I think I may not have made it clear that what I was expressing was my own symptoms of tingly arms and a feeling of low level tiredness that is with me a lot of the time. Whereas what you and Ann describe is crushing fatigue.
