WebSpelthorne Club for the Partially Sighted. Spelthorne Social Club for the Blind and Partially Sighted meets on the first Monday of the month between 2pm-4pm at Grove Barns, Staines. Tea and entertainments are provided, and volunteer drivers are available to take club members to and from meetings. Activity WebThe National Federation of the Blind celebrates White Cane Awareness Day every year on October 15. For blind people, the white cane is an essential tool that gives us the ability to achieve a full and independent life.
