C# non blocking wait

Webawait is a non-blocking way to wait for a task to complete. When you use await, the calling thread is not blocked and is available to perform other operations while the task is running. When the task is complete, the code after the await statement continues executing. This makes await more efficient and less prone to deadlocks than Task.Result.
